HARP on BBC Essex to Discuss Rise in Rough Sleeping

This morning, Elliott Barker, Team Manager at our Bradbury Day Centre, was invited on to BBC Essex' Breakfast Show to talk to host Sonia Watson about the rise in rough sleeping in Southend and Essex.
