We are Southend’s homeless charity. We help over 1,000 people each year across our services and currently provide over 200 bed spaces to people that would otherwise be homeless. Throughout our services, our dedicated and friendly team of staff are working together to give local people the best possible chance of overcoming homelessness for good.

Outreach Worker

HARP are recruiting an Outreach Worker to work in the Bradbury Centre. We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who has experience working with either rough sleepers, hard to reach groups and/or those with multiple and complex needs. 

Co-ordinator (Housing)

HARP are looking to recruit a Co-ordinator to work in their Supported Housing Team. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working in the homelessness field sector or supported housing environments

Housing Support Worker

HARP are looking to recruit a full time Housing Support Worker. The ideal candidate will need the demonstrable ability to work within a highly effective, person centred accommodation service for service users with complex needs and a history of sleeping rough.
