HARP is Southend’s homeless charity. We help over 1,200 people each year across our services and currently provide over 220 bed spaces to people that would otherwise be homeless.
Throughout our services, our dedicated and friendly team of staff are working together to give local people the best possible chance of overcoming homelessness for good.

Do you have experience of working with people with complex needs, homelessness and housing and want to put this to good use helping others? If so, we would love you to join our team as a Team Manager in our Complex Needs Housing team.

Are you organised, adaptable, a good communicator, and able to demonstrate patience, politeness and self-control? If you are enthusiastic and motivated by a constantly changing and busy environment, we'd love you to join our team in this part-time role supporting women staying at White Heather House, our single-gender emergency accommodation. We are happy to consider applicants without experience who can demonstrate empathy and enthusiasm.
Do you have experience of holistic assessment of need, support and risk, and multi-agency casework planning? If you have a good understanding of the regulatory and financial environment within which accommodation based support operates, and would like to work in a highly effective, person-centred day centre service, we'd love you to join our busy day centre team as an Assessment Worker.
