Vitality Big Half 2020

Run this iconic half-marathon on Sunday 1st March 2020

and help some of Southend's most vulnerable people.

We’re looking for five more HARP heroes who are up for the challenge of running 13.1 miles whilst fundraising for HARP, Southend’s Homeless Charity.

Taking place on Sunday 1st March 2020, this iconic half marathon will take you on a stunning route through London, starting at Tower Bridge and finishing at the Cutty Sark in Greenwich where you'll be able to enjoy The Vitality Big Festival and relax with your family and friends and celebrate your achievement.

Let’s overcome homelessness together - one stride at a time!

All we ask is that you commit to raising £250 to support our work with homeless people in Southend. We’ll be with you every step of the way to help and will happily support you in setting up your online fundraising page.

It’s not a race (unless you want it to be) but 13.1 miles is certainly a big personal challenge, so we will provide you with training guidance and tips. You’ll also be given a HARP Hero running top so you can feel like a real pro on the day!

If you’re interested in running please complete the application form by clicking the button below. Deadline for applications: 20th January 2020

We already have five of the original 10 places filled, so sign up now to avoid missing out!

Will you be a HARP Hero too?
