Please note: Due to a very high volume of collection requests, it may take some time for our collections team to get back to you to confirm your collection. Thank you for your patience while we do our best to catch up.

We sell items in our charity shops to raise vital funds to support services for homeless people in Southend. Sometimes, donated items may even be used directly by our service users.

We are able to collect all sorts of large items like beds, sofas, tables, wardrobes, bookshelves and more. And, during the Coronavirus pandemic, we are extending this service to include collections of clothing and bric-a-brac.

Non-furniture donations

If you are donating clothing and bric-a-brac without accompanying furniture or electrical items, we ask that a minimum of three large bags are donated. Please note that at present our collection team are not allowed to enter properties, therefore all donations must be left outside of the property on the agreed date.
