Volunteer Role Description

 

Volunteer Title:                            Till User/Shop Floor Assistant              

Reports to:                                    Charity Shop Team

Department/Service:                 Shops

Rota:                                               Monday to Sunday

 

 

Main purpose of the role:

 

• We are looking for a till user to serve customers, answer queries and keep the shop floor looking great.

 

 

Volunteers Responsibilities:

 

• Greeting and helping customers while they are shopping, serving on the till, maintaining our high display standards on the shop floor, keeping the shop floor stocked, general shop duties.

 

 

Relevant experience:

 

• No experience necessary.
