Festive Services for People Rough Sleeping In Southend
Like so many, HARP and other local organisations serving homeless people have had to change the way we provide our services we've had to change the way we do things since Southend entered Tier 4 in order to deliver our services safely. However, there are still a range of services available to people sleeping rough.

Storehouse Coleman Street 11.00am-2.00pm (mixed gender group)

Opening Days and Closures:
HARP's Bradbury Day Centre staff are contactable by telephone or online on our website up to 4.30pm on Thursday 24 December. The Day Centre services resume as above on 29, 30 and Thursday 31 and again on Monday 4 January.
HARP Supported Housing Services are staffed as usual throughout the festive period.
Southend Vineyard Storehouse is closed after 23 December and re-opens on 4 January.
SVP (St Vincent de Paul Society) Kindness Kitchen is a consortium of soup kitchens comprising of Street Spirit, Mikey’s Memory Kitchen, Homeless Street Hub and Homeless Eats.
Please note: HARP has been kindly provided with the above details to inform service users, local agencies and interested parties of the services available during this festive period. It is the responsibility of the other agencies and groups involved to manage the individuals that use the services provided and not HARP.

Are you Homeless? Please contact Southend Council Housing Solutions Team on 01702 21500. Weekdays and out of hours (after 5.00pm and weekends)
If you have concerns about someone who is sleeping rough please complete a Streetlink alert here which will be responded to by the Outreach services
If the case is not picked up by the Housing Solutions Team then the Outreach Team/s will seek to make contact with the individual at the earliest opportunity.
