Haircuts 4 Homeless

Kind-hearted hairdressers Bernice and Jill have been visiting HARP to offer free haircuts to people that are homeless for over a year as part of the scheme Haircuts 4 Homeless. They visit every month and offer not just a haircut; they also bring with them quality toiletries and every haircut comes with a head massage, and more importantly, a smile.
