Contract type: Permenant

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (variable shifts over seven days/evenings)

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide intensive housing management to residents living in our supported accommodation.

Main Purpose of the Role:

 

  • Ensure residents of the supported accommodation receive a welcoming, supportive and positive experience that gives them the time and space to adjust to a home environment and settled way of life.

  • Manage a caseload, key working service users and undertake assessments, support plans and reviews.

  • Build warm and positive relationships with service users, keeping the individual’s best interests at heart.

  • Delivering a package of support individually tailored for each resident.

 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • . Ability to establish trust and maintain a good rapport with residents when carrying out advice/support work; including the ability to identify and raise concerns regarding safeguarding.

  • Clear communication skills face to face and on the phone or email, applying trauma-informed approaches.  

  • Ability to cope with challenging situations, and deal with them calmly, efficiently and effectively.

  • Good customer service skills.
