Salary: Starting at Point 17, £24,491 rising incrementally to Point 22, £27,041 per annum

(Pro rata for hours worked)

HARP has exciting new opportunities for Procurement and Utilities Administrator, working part-time on a permanent basis working 25 hours per week.

To be considered for this role, you would need to be flexible, empathetic, inclusive and resilient. Even better, you would have excellent interpersonal and communication skills too.

 

Main purpose of the job:

  1. Set up utility contracts (Gas, water, electricity, TV licences etc) for any new HARP properties

  2. Assist the Property Department in sourcing new and competitive providers for any new requirements from Services or Development Projects

  3. Monitor existing contracts, obtain meter readings, check and authorise bills for payment. Set up and monitor direct debit payments with help of Finance team

  4. Ensure HARP’s Procurement Policy is followed, as set out within the Finance Policy.
