HARP is Southend-on-Sea’s leading homelessness charity and every year we work with around 1,000 local people to help them overcome or avoid homelessness.

About The Role

Do you have experience of working in a supported housing environment? Do you feel passionate about developing our residents to enable them to be able to move on independently?
We are looking to recruit a team manager to lead our floating housing support services in Southend.
· Lead a dispersed team of front-line staff.
· Oversee all aspects of housing management within the framework of PIE (Psychologically informed environments)
· Manage moves into PRS and social housing.
· Oversee help with submissions for Homeless Applications, Housing Applications, Universal Credit including brokerage for delays and sanctions.
· Oversee case working for our residents who have complex and multiple needs, including substance use and mental health issues.
