It is an exciting time to be joining HARP. The organisation has undergone significant change and growth over the past twelve months and we have ambitious plans for the future which will continue to transform lives.

About The Role

REF: NV02

Do you have experience of working with rough sleepers?  Does the idea of working as part of a Team actively seeking to improve the lives of those we support appeal to you?

Our Navigator Team provide intensive ‘End to End’ support for people who are rough sleeping with complex needs, advocating and enabling them to access appropriate services, including housing by working in partnership with existing delivery structures, and local networks.

The role is multi-faceted and challenging; one day out on outreach and the next continuing to work with clients on their action plan and journey away from the street.
