HARP is Southend-on-Sea’s leading homelessness charity and every year we work with around 1,000 local people to help them overcome or avoid homelessness.
It is an exciting time to be joining HARP. The organisation has undergone significant change and growth over the past twelve months and we have ambitious plans for the future which will continue to transform lives.
About The Role
Ref:HRSS01
Do you believe that homelessness should be eradicated?
HARP is Southend-on-Sea’s leading homelessness charity. On average we help around 1,000 local people every year to overcome or avoid homelessness. We achieve success by providing structure, purpose and training opportunities, and by providing longer-term supported housing, empowering people to take steps to leave homelessness behind and ultimately live independently in the community. Are you a visionary leader with a passion for making a real difference in tackling homelessness? Join HARP as our Head of Rough Sleeper Services, where you’ll have the unique opportunity to lead the strategic development of services that provide life-changing support to rough sleepers in Southend-on-Sea. In this senior role, you’ll not only oversee day-to-day service delivery but also shape the future of our Rough Sleeper Services, working closely with local authorities and partners to influence homelessness strategies and create sustainable solutions for those most in need.
We’re looking for an experienced leader who can inspire teams, drive innovation, and build strong partnerships to achieve meaningful, long-term outcomes. If you have a track record in leading transformational change, developing services in partnership with clients, and driving high performance in homelessness or related sectors, this is the role for you. Join us in our mission to end rough sleeping for good and make a lasting impact on people's lives.
