​HARP is Southend-on-Sea’s leading homelessness charity and every year we work with around 1,000 local people to help them overcome or avoid homelessness.​

About The Role

REF: HOHI

We have an exciting opportunity for someone with experience of managing housing income streams to join our expanded team. You will probably have worked for a registered provider or other landlord and be confident in working with rent systems. You should be ready to learn HARP’s existing processes and lead the team to meet its targets. You should also be looking for the challenge of building capacity and improving efficiency in HARP’s rent collection processes. Most importantly you are ready for working as part of a senior management team and possess the leadership qualities to support and manage the team in their roles.
