We sell items in our charity shops to raise vital funds to support services for homeless people in the Southend area.
You can book a free collection of large items with our team via our online form, and a member of our team will contact you within five working days to confirm your booking.

Tables, chairs, desks and cabinets

Beds, wardrobes, chests of drawers and dressers

Other large items of furniture, such as TV units and coffee tables

Certain large electricals like TVs, fridges and freezers

Smaller electricals and bags of clothing can only be collected alongside larger items

Soft furnishing without a fire safety label attached

Water-based electrical items, such as washing machines and dishwashers

Tumble dryers

Smaller electricals and bags of clothing, unless accompanied by larger items

Any items that are on our list of things we can't sell
Requesting a collection
Before requesting your collection, please make sure that:

The items you wish to donate are in good condition and work correctly

Any soft furnishings have their original fire safety labels attached

The items aren't on our list of things we cannot sell
Please remember, all collections are subject to the discretion of our collection team, so we advise not to arrange for replacements to arrive until your collection has been completed.
