Salary: Point 11, £21,748 rising incrementally to Point 16, £24,012 per annum
Contract type: Fixed-term to 31 March 2022.

Do you believe everyone should have a place to call home and the chance to lead a fulfilling life?
Based at HARP’s Bradbury Centre and providing floating support across Southend-on-Sea; the Intensive Support Team is a new service and focuses on helping people who are (or have been) rough sleeping. Our aim is to help them off the streets (or out of temporary accommodation) quickly and, through our comprehensive assessment service, help them find alternative more permanent accommodation where they will remain supported by the same team.
Both roles will be to carry out comprehensive assessments for new service users, helping to accommodate them as quickly as possible.
Alternatively, where more appropriate, you will help to reconnect clients to places where they have a proven connection. Each service user will have personalised case-management support and practical action plans, created by them with your support.
To be considered for these roles, you will need the demonstrable ability to work within a highly effective, person centred service for service users, some with complex needs. Your experience must include the holistic assessment of need, support and risk, and multi-agency casework planning.
A Full Driving Licence is desirable.

HARP will make a contribution to the pension and you will be required to make a contribution.
