HARP has an exciting new opportunity for a Central Office and HR Administrator, working on a permanent basis for 37 hours per week.
To be considered for this role, you would need to be flexible, organised, empathetic, inclusive and resilient. Even better, you would have excellent interpersonal and communication skills too.
Main purpose of the job:
Minute meetings of various departments, committees and Trustees.
Be located in Central Office as required to greet visitors, distribute post, frank and mail outgoing post, receive and respond to telephone calls to HARP’s main phone line, and to receive and respond to messages received via HARP’s website or TAWK webchat facility.
Scan documents and maintain files for Directorates and provide general admin assistance to Members of the Executive Team as required.
